Wearwell Foundation Platform System Smooth 4x18x72 Inch Kit is green option for an industrial standing work platform, tiles are made from 100 percent post-consumer polypropylene and the aluminum frame is recyclable.
All segments, including the extruded aluminum frame, are corrosion resistant. This unexpectedly lightweight stationary work platform delivers the support your team requests. Each 2.75 inch (7 cm) thick tile has a load rating of 400 pounds and resists a wide range of chemicals.
Carts and certain types of rolling equipment can be used on the smooth surface tiles, but attention must be made as the point load from a wheel can reduce the tile’s max capacity of 400 pounds. It is recommended that wheels with a soft rubber or urethane surface material are used, with a circumference of at least 5 inches and a width of 2 inches or more.
Wearwell Foundation Platform System Smooth 4x18x72 Inch Kit can be placed over cables, hoses and other hazards that employees may encounter. The standing platform can be easily removed, by using the lift slot molded into each tile.
Kit contains: 1 Case (4 tiles per case), 2 Beams
Additional accessories are available for fastening platform sections together or anchoring stationary platform to the floor..
Tiles are available in 3 surface styles, Open, Diamond-Plate or Smooth, choose the style that is best suited for your workstation.
