Eco-Friendly Recycled Rubber Playground Tiles

Our manufacturer in Canada uses only high-quality materials and precise manufacturing tolerances with these rubber outdoor play area tiles. You can trust the quality of the design and manufacturing process.

Each tile consists of rubber buffings or crumb rubber from reground automotive tires with 100% recycled SBR rubber backing and is topped with a recycled SBR/EPDM wear layer. This configuration qualifies for LEED points under the MR 4.1 and MR 4.2 categories, should your facility need an environmentally friendly solution.

Even while using recycled materials, our 3.25-inch rubber playground tiles remain safer than thinner materials, protecting against falls.

Our playground tiles are directly shipped via freight delivery only, and they’re shrink-wrapped on pallets.

Disclaimer

Some black or color will rub off to some extent under normal use. This is common contact wear with this type of rubber tile. We recommend the 95% Premium Colors product especially for high traffic playgrounds, daycares, and playgrounds for younger children.

Please note that there is a $100 set-up fee for the 10% premium colors for orders under 250 tiles.

For orders of 250 tiles or more (covering at least 1,000 square feet), this product requires some level of site supervision during installation from the product manufacturer, and our customer service team can help you figure out the best means of satisfying this requirement for our rubber outdoor tiles.

Constant UV exposure can cause some color fading as well which is normal for outdoor rubber tiles.

These tiles are made in Canada and will ship out of Canada.

Color variations may occur due to lighting conditions and differences in screen displays. For the most accurate representation, we recommend ordering a sample.
