1/8 Inch Thick Rubber Flooring

1/8-inch thick or 3mm rubber is typically best used for underlayments underneath modular court tiles and vinyl flooring. These rubber rolls can be loose laid or glued down.

Customers can order this 4-foot wide roll in a custom length by the foot. This further simplifies the installation process, as customers can order a smaller roll that weighs less and is easier to move into place versus a standard 100-foot roll. This roll weighs only 0.7 pounds per linear foot.

The rubber flooring underlayment can help to provide some cushion and anti-fatigue relief underneath a hard floor.

Rubber naturally delivers sound and noise absorption, which is ideal in areas where excessive noise may be present.

Some people choose to use these thin rubber mat rolls for finished flooring for a cost-savings measure, but we do recommend having at least 1/4 inch thick rubber flooring for that purpose.

Any black recycled rubber material can have minor variations in the intensity of the black color. The rubber flooring can have a shading look when the product changes direction when placed on the floor. This occurs due to the way light is reflected and how the human eye sees the color. Installing the product in the same direction can diminish the appearance of color differences.

Maintenance

Sweep or vacuum daily. Scrub with deck brush and neutral pH cleaner. Remove solution with a wet/dry vacuum.
