This cheer mat uses a flame-laminated technique to bond the carpet to the foam, ensuring the highest quality. These are long lasting and will stand up to hours of practice without failing. Some manufacturers use a gluing process to attach the tops, but this glue will give way after repeated use. The flame bonding process ensures a longer-lasting, heavy-duty construction.

The easiest way for one person to move the rolled up cheer panel mats is to use a two-wheeled hand truck. Or place a person on either end to carry it together.

We recommend unrolling them all in the same direction. Doing this ensures that the carpet pile goes the same way. If the pile is lying in different directions, the color shading may appear different from afar.

Never kick the side to try to align it. This could cause the carpeting to separate from the foam. Instead, use your hands to adjust the roll’s individual sections. Each section is lightweight, allowing for positional adjustments by hand.

If the ends curl up, flatten them by placing a heavy object on the section that’s curled. Within several minutes, the curl will settle down and become flat.

To store them, always start rolling from the same end. By doing this, the pile will lay the proper way next time. Roll them as tightly as possible to ensure they occupy the least amount of storage space. If rolled tightly, each 42 ft cheer mat should be about 3.5 ft in diameter.

They will ship rolled up inside a sturdy plastic bag. Keep the bags handy and use them for storage, protecting them from dust and other soils. We offer replacements should the original bags suffer damage.
